The agreement was concluded in Zurich in December 2025. The transaction represents an important step in Selectchemie\u2019s strategic development and further strengthens the company\u2019s clear focus on the pharmaceutical business \u2013 in particular on active pharmaceutical ingredi-ents (APIs), excipients, finished dosage forms (FDFs) and dossiers, as well as specialized services for the pharmaceutical industry.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2daf9dd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2daf9dd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe nutrition business unit, which has operated in the market under the name Selectnutrition, has been an established partner in the Food &#038; Nutrition sector for decades. It has built a broad product and supplier portfolio as well as a well-established network in the Swiss market. The further development of the business will be pursued under the umbrella of TER.
