Selectchemie AG is pleased to announce the appointment of Kristien Vanthuyne as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 July 2026.
Kristien succeeds Dr. Oliver Kühn, who has successfully led the company over the past five years and will continue to support Selectchemie as a member of the Board of Directors.
Leadership change with continuity
With more than 25 years of international experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Kristien brings deep expertise in strategic leadership, commercial operations, business development, and organizational transformation. Throughout her career, she has built high-performing teams, developed strong partnerships, and successfully guided organizations through periods of growth and impactful change.
Over the past months, Kristien has worked closely with teams across Selectchemie, gaining a deep appreciation for the expertise, entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to quality that define our company.
Her leadership will be instrumental as we further strengthen our pharmaceutical focus, unlock new opportunities for growth and continue creating value for customers and partners worldwide.
