The much-cited work-life balance is a reality at our company. We have a 40-hour working week and allow flexible working hours with block times, part-time work and remote working for up to 40% of the workload, as well as (at least) 25 vacation days, two additional holidays and seniority gifts in the form of additional vacation days.
The central location of our headquarters in the city of Zurich brings various advantages. The workplace is within walking distance of Wollishofen train station and is easily accessible by tram, bus and train. Thanks to the direct proximity to Lake Zurich, our employees can spend their lunch breaks cooling off in the water and enjoying the view of the Alps.
